This set was never issued but some examples can be found, mostly imperforated (as seen in the 3r. example, below); blocks of perforated stamps from this unissued set are quite rare.
Some sources suggest that the then Prince Norodom Sihanouk ordered that this set of stamps not be issued due to foreign policy issues experienced by Cambodia at that time.
